    First off say HI, then go meet people as you meet them qualified them to see if they would be open to this idea. If they say there moving or the wife is pregnant, going to school, they might not be open, so just move on.

    And Remember people do not want to Get Gotten, so do not try to Get them just provide a service.

    In america business is about timing. I went out of business last year,put my equipment in storage, moved in with 3 other people, and got a job in restaraunt. it’s the way it always was in america, they want to scoop up all the small businesses, so wait them out.

    Yes, it could be a non-profit. But, the application process to become a non-profit can be quite lengthy. However, one option would be to get another non-profit to sponsor you. You would basically work as a department or division of an existing non-profit until your application comes through. You could approach a city government, church, etc … someone else in the area that's already a non-profit.

    On the other hand, who really cares if it's a non-profit? You mention that it might "sound better." But, there is really no reason to advertise this fact.

    globally? depends which country you want to expand and setup offices in. which will be varying cost.

    from a web site and registering a company etc, all under 35-40K rupees. coz with a social n/w site you need high quality service, unlimited bandwidth option and super fast servers, which are a bit costly.

    the site maintenance will be recurring monthly. depends on the package you choose. but a conservative estimate should be approx 7-8K annually.
